I was born in Caledon,in the Western Cape. My mom is colored,my dad is white. Well,it was apartheid and as you know it didn't fit in with goverments plans. We were white twins(my twin sisters name is Verine, mine is Verity). We had curly /straight hair, pink cheeks and milky white skin. Everyone knew we had a white dad as it was a small town and apartheid was still very much in place there. Also, people gossip. When things didn't work out between my mum and dad it was the brighter color gets the kids. Since my mom was dark and we were white, it was decided that she was unfit to raise us. (hat's why when my sisters arm burnt,my mom was to scared to take her to hospital(in case they might say she was an unfit mother)she doctored the arm herself, scarring my sister for life. One day,the social worker came to fetch us to take us to my dad and my mum said she's going to fetch us,then she sneaked us out the back door and ran off to Cape-Town with us. We were 1 year old and didn't see our dad for the next 19 years.
